An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Sunday, repeating until May 22, 2022
Our recreational Alpha Pack Teams will be competing in the Spring 2022 Oakland Flag Football League, hosted by Gridiron Football. This recreational league meets 1-day/week (Sundays) for 8-weeks.
Week 1 (3/27): Preseason Scrimmages
Week 2 (4/3): Regular Season
Week 3 (4/10): Regular Season
Week 4 (4/17: BYE WEEK
Week 5 (4/24): Regular Season
Week 6 (5/1): Regular Season
Week 7 (5/8): Regular Season
Week 8 (5/15): Regular Season
Week 9 (5/22): Playoffs/Championship
Each game day includes an 1-hour practice, followed by a 1-hour game. Families should plan on a 2-hour commitment each day.
6U (ages 5-6): Practice 8:00am | Game 1: 9:00am
8U (ages 6-8): Practice 8:00am | Game 1: 9:00am
10U (ages 8-10): Practice 10:00am | Game 1: 11:00am
12U (ages 10-12): Practice 12:00pm | Game 1: 1:00pm
15U (ages 12-15): Practice 2:00pm | Game 1: 3:00pm

League Location: All Practices and games are held at Oakland High-School Football Stadium (1023 MacArthur Blvd, Oakland)

All Participants receive an Alpha Pack Hooded Uniform.
