SIDELINE FITNESS CAMPS

Available for ages 18+

Location: Contra Costa County 

This class is paired with a SuperTots sports camp. Get off the sideline and get moving with our Parent Flexibility and Interval Training Classes. While your child participates in their favorite sports class, you can get leaner, stronger, healthier, and more energized. This socially distanced class combines high intensity interval training, active rest training, dynamic stretching, and range of motion exercises to maximize results. Increase your mobility, prevent injuries, boost your immune system, get more energized, and get FIT! Our fun, interactive group classes are perfect for parents of all ages and abilities that want to stay healthy and get moving on the sideline.

How it works

Sideline Fitness partners with Skyhawks Sports, SuperTots, Pack Football, and other well reputed youth sports organizations to run fitness classes for parents on the Sideline of sports practices, games, and events.

Why we started Sideline Fitness

Parents we know how hard it is to live an active and healthy style while raising kids.  That is why we are bringing the fitness classes to you.  Now you can participate in our Fitness Classes while watching your child’s sporting activities.   By offering programs on the sidelines of our Youth Sports programs, we allow parents to take care of themselves and get fit while being present in their child’s life and enjoying time with their family.  We will start by partnering with other Play For a Stray Family organizations, then branch out to outside youth sports organizations as well.  By expanding our program offerings to sidelines throughout Bay Area, we allow parents to multi-task and give them the gift of time and health.
